Pricing and billing
Zlotworks has three monthly plans: Starter at ₹599, Growth at ₹999 and Business at ₹1,999 a month, excluding taxes. Businesses that join by 31 Dec 2026 pay ₹499, ₹899 or ₹1,699 for their first 12 paid months. Every plan includes every feature, including the AI agent.
Interakt’s Starter plan has no monthly option: it is ₹3,499 a quarter or ₹11,999 a year, and covers one channel of your choice. Growth is ₹2,799 a month and Advanced is ₹3,799 a month, both plus taxes, with savings for quarterly and yearly billing. All Interakt plans include unlimited agents. Its WhatsApp AI Agents are a paid add-on that needs the Growth or Advanced plan.
WhatsApp message charges
With Zlotworks, Meta bills your WhatsApp Business Account directly at its published rates, and we add no markup. Interakt deducts message charges from a prepaid wallet. Its pricing page lists India per-message rates that differ slightly by plan, and shows “No Markup Charges” on the Enterprise plan; its FAQ says charges are billed on actuals without any surcharge. Ask Interakt for the rate that applies to your plan.
AI in Indian languages and voice notes
The Zlotworks AI agent learns your business from your website, documents, hours and catalogue and replies in your customer’s language. Chats translate both ways in 23 languages plus Manglish and Hinglish, and voice notes are turned into text. Voice replies from the AI agent are coming soon. It starts in Shadow mode and replies on its own only when you switch it to Live.
Interakt’s AI agents page says its agents support customers across 22 Indian languages. We did not find voice-note replies described on Interakt’s pages.

Bookings and reminders
On Zlotworks, the bot checks real availability, such as dates, times, capacity and party size, and confirms bookings on WhatsApp. Every booking and order appears in one list for your team, and reminders are on every plan. Interakt’s AI agents page says its agents manage bookings, reschedules, cancellations and reminders inside WhatsApp.
This is where Interakt is ahead today. Its Growth plan includes a shared inbox for WhatsApp and Instagram, with DM and comment automations, and it has an Instagram-only plan. Instagram is coming soon on Zlotworks.
