You connect a number through your own WhatsApp Business Account. If that number is already used in the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business mobile app, contact us about migration before changing anything. Using the same number in the mobile app and Zlotworks at the same time is not currently supported.

Meta bills your WhatsApp Business Account directly at its published rates. You add a payment method with Meta. Zlotworks charges separately for the software and adds no markup to Meta’s messaging charges.

Zlotworks uses the WhatsApp Business Platform. You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta’s signup flow, keeping your business account and number under your control.

Your number and WhatsApp Business Account remain yours. You can disconnect Zlotworks and request deletion of your Zlotworks data. Moving the number to another service is subject to Meta’s migration requirements.

Create a Zlotworks account, then connect your WhatsApp Business Account. You will need access to your Meta business portfolio and the number you want to connect, plus a payment method for Meta. Setup time depends on your account, number registration and any approvals required by Meta.

Yes. Chats brings messages into one shared workspace. Team members can see who is online, take over from a bot, and resume the bot when they are done.

WhatsApp credentials are encrypted, incoming webhooks are signature-verified, and access controls scope business data to the correct business. You can request deletion of your data through our Data Deletion page.
