Zlotworks and Meta Business Agent
Meta also offers an AI agent for businesses. Here is what Meta’s own pages say about it, checked on 10 Oct 2026, and how it differs from Zlotworks. Both can be good choices; they are built for different needs.
- What it is: Meta announced Meta Business Agent on 3 June 2026. In India, Meta introduced it in May 2026 as “Business AI” in the WhatsApp Business app.
- Where it runs: in the free WhatsApp Business app (from the Tools tab), with a separate version for businesses on the WhatsApp Business Platform.
- What it does: Meta’s Help Center says it can answer questions about business information such as hours or location, recommend products or services, and answer questions about discounts, payment and shipping. Meta’s announcement also mentions booking appointments.
- What it learns from: information you share, “like your catalog, business description, address, and hours”.
- Languages: Meta’s Help Center says “not all languages are supported” and that the language it uses “is determined by your business’s phone number”.
- Handover: you can take over a chat at any time, and customers can ask to talk to someone from your team.
- Price: free each month up to an included allowance in the Business app, with more responses through Meta One plans.
- Availability: Meta’s Help Center says it is “currently only available in limited countries to select businesses”, with a waitlist.
