Terms of Service

1. Description of service
Zlotworks is a tiered business platform that brings bookings, contact management, WhatsApp promotions and shared team chat into one workspace. Zlotworks is not a party to the underlying service contract — the actual service (a consultation, haircut, class, etc.) is provided by the business you book with.
2. Eligibility
Business owners and staff using an administration dashboard must be at least 18 years old and authorised by their business. A minor may be the subject of an appointment only when the booking is made or supervised by a parent, guardian, or other authorised adult.
3. Customer responsibilities (end customers)
- Provide accurate name and contact details when booking.
- Arrive at the scheduled time — repeated no-shows may result in a business declining future bookings.
- Do not use the service to send spam, abusive messages, or to impersonate others.
4. Business responsibilities
If you are a business using Zlotworks, you must have a lawful basis and appropriate consent before messaging your customers, are responsible for the accuracy of data you upload, must comply with WhatsApp's Business Platform and commerce policies, and must keep your WhatsApp Business account in good standing. You are responsible for your own business licences and regulatory compliance.
5. Messaging consent
By messaging a Zlotworks-powered number, you request and consent to booking-related replies from that number. Businesses using Zlotworks must have a lawful basis and obtain any consent required before messaging a customer. Recipients can opt out of marketing at any time by replying STOP or contacting us at hello@zlotworks.com.
6. Fees and payment
Access to Zlotworks is provided on a subscription basis. The fees, billing period and payment method applicable to your subscription are those set out in the plan you select or agree with us in writing. Fees are payable in advance of the period to which they relate. Prices don't include taxes; applicable taxes may be added in future with notice.
Charges levied by Meta for WhatsApp message delivery are billed to you by Meta directly and are not collected by us.
If payment is not received by the due date, the subscription enters a three-day grace period. After that it expires and the dashboard becomes read-only until renewal. AI replies, bots, campaigns, reminders and staff replies stop during expiry. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refunds Policy.
Monthly plan AI credits reset at the end of each billing month and do not carry over. Purchased credit packs and prepaid wallet balances are kept while your account exists, including during an expired subscription, but can be used only while your plan is active. They are non-refundable except where the law requires. Purchased balances end when the account is deleted, subject to applicable law.
Contacts and campaigns are unlimited subject to fair use. We may contact you about usage that threatens the service's reliability or security. Your selected plan also sets capacity limits for credits, team members, WhatsApp numbers, locations, live bots and storage.
7. Intellectual property
All software, design, trademarks, and content across Zlotworks are owned by Zlotworks or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: we are not liable for the quality or outcome of any service provided by a business booked through Zlotworks, nor for losses arising from WhatsApp/Meta platform downtime. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zlotworks from claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.
10. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and are not liable for inconvenience caused by downtime or maintenance.
11. Modifications to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
14. Business details
Zlotworks is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Jayanth Joseph, registered as a micro enterprise under Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-KR-11-0108109 in Mangalore, Karnataka, India ("we", "us", or "our"). We provide a unified WhatsApp business platform for bookings, contacts, promotions and team chats.
Zlotworks is a Tech Provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform and connects to WhatsApp through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Zlotworks is an independent business. It is not owned by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
