Pricing: every feature vs feature tiers
Zlotworks has three monthly plans: Starter at ₹599, Growth at ₹999 and Business at ₹1,999 a month, excluding taxes. Businesses that join by 31 Dec 2026 pay ₹499, ₹899 or ₹1,699 for their first 12 paid months. Every plan includes every feature: the AI agent, bots, bookings and orders, the team inbox, translation, campaigns with a scheduler, AI templates, posters and reminders. You choose a plan by capacity, such as AI credits, team members, numbers and storage.
Wati lists three main plans on its pricing page: Growth, Pro and Business. Growth is ₹2,999 a month billed monthly, with 3 users included, and drops to ₹2,199 a month if you pay annually. Pro is ₹6,499 a month billed monthly, and Business is ₹18,499 a month billed monthly. Higher Wati plans add more AI credits, more AI agents, unlimited broadcasts and more integrations. Wati also has a ₹999 one-time pay-as-you-go option that comes back as message credits.
For a small team, the gap is large: Zlotworks Starter costs about a fifth of Wati Growth billed monthly. For a large team that needs Wati’s higher limits, Salesforce integration or a dedicated customer success manager, Wati’s bigger plans may be worth it.
WhatsApp message charges from Meta
Every WhatsApp Business API tool has two costs: the software, and the message charges Meta sets for template messages such as marketing and utility messages. With Zlotworks, Meta bills your WhatsApp Business Account directly at its published rates, and we add no markup. You see Meta’s charges in your own Meta account.
Wati’s pricing page says additional charges apply for template messages and that per-message charges vary for marketing, utility and authentication messages. If message charges matter to you, ask Wati for its current per-message rates and compare them with Meta’s published rates for India before you decide.
AI replies in Indian languages and voice notes
Customers in India often write in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, or in English letters like Manglish and Hinglish. They also send voice notes. Zlotworks was built around this. The AI agent replies in your customer’s language, chats can be translated both ways in 23 languages plus Manglish and Hinglish, and voice notes are turned into text. Voice replies from the AI agent are coming soon. The AI starts in Shadow mode, where it drafts replies for you to check, and only replies on its own when you switch it to Live.
Wati’s AI agent builder, Astra, says it works in 30+ languages, and its Voice AI page names Hindi among the languages for its cloned voices. A Wati blog post mentions voice-note transcription; the pricing page does not list it by plan.

Bookings, reminders and campaigns
On Zlotworks, bookings are built in. Your bot checks real availability, such as dates, times, capacity and party size, confirms on WhatsApp, and lists every booking and order for your team.
