Pricing and add-ons
Zlotworks has three monthly plans: Starter at ₹599, Growth at ₹999 and Business at ₹1,999 a month, excluding taxes, with lower first-12-month prices for businesses that join by 31 Dec 2026. Each plan includes AI credits (300, 600 or 1,200 a month), and every plan includes every feature. If you need more, you can add an agent, a number, bots, storage or an AI credit pack.
AiSensy lists a Free Forever plan, then Basic at ₹1,500, Pro at ₹3,200, Premium at ₹9,100 and Unlimited at ₹45,000 a month, with 10% off for yearly billing. Every AiSensy plan has unlimited users, and Basic includes 1 owner and 5 free agents. Two features many businesses want are charged separately on every plan: the AI Chat Agent at ₹1,350 a month for 1,000 AI messages, and Chatbot Flows, the drag-and-drop bot builder, at ₹2,500 a month.
So for a business that wants an AI agent and bots, the comparison is roughly Zlotworks Starter at ₹599 against AiSensy Basic plus two add-ons. For a business that only needs broadcasts and an inbox for a big team, AiSensy’s unlimited users can work out well.
WhatsApp message charges
With Zlotworks, Meta bills your WhatsApp Business Account directly at its published rates, and we add no markup. AiSensy uses prepaid WhatsApp Conversation Credits that you recharge separately; each chargeable message is deducted from that balance. Its pricing page lists India rates, such as ₹1.09 for a marketing message, and its FAQ says the credits are charged directly by Meta.
AI in Indian languages and voice notes
The Zlotworks AI agent learns your business from your website, documents, hours and catalogue, and replies in your customer’s language. Chats can be translated both ways in 23 languages plus Manglish and Hinglish, and voice notes are turned into text. Voice replies from the AI agent are coming soon. It starts in Shadow mode and replies on its own only when you switch it to Live.
AiSensy’s pages say different things here. Its AI agent tutorial says the AI agent responds in English only for now and does not support voice notes yet. A separate AiSensy chatbot page describes a voice-to-text format that transcribes voice notes, and a customer bot that answers in Hindi, English and regional languages. Ask AiSensy which applies to the plan you are considering.

Bookings and reminders
Zlotworks has bookings built in: the bot checks real availability and confirms on WhatsApp, and every booking shows up for your team. Reminders are on every plan. On AiSensy, its help page says an appointment booking skill needs an API to check and book slots, and a feature page mentions syncing appointments with your calendar. We did not find a reminder feature on its pages.

Zlotworks includes a setup call on every plan and free help connecting your number, with a 14-day free trial that needs no card and includes 50 AI credits. AiSensy offers its Free Forever plan, says it charges nothing to get the WhatsApp Business API, and offers priority setup on Premium.
