Price: what you actually pay each month

Zlotworks Starter is ₹599 a month, or ₹499 for your first 12 paid months if you join by 31 Dec 2026, excluding taxes. It includes 1 owner and 2 agents, 300 AI credits a month, and every feature. Growth (₹999) and Business (₹1,999) add more AI credits, team members, numbers and storage.

Wati Growth is ₹2,999 a month billed monthly, or ₹2,199 a month billed annually, with 3 users. Pro and Business cost more and add AI credits, AI agents and integrations. Wati also offers a ₹999 one-time pay-as-you-go option.

AiSensy starts with a Free Forever plan. Basic is ₹1,500 a month with unlimited users, including 1 owner and 5 free agents. Its AI Chat Agent (₹1,350 a month) and Chatbot Flows (₹2,500 a month) are add-ons, so a business that wants both pays for them on top of the plan.

Meta’s message charges

Whichever tool you pick, Meta charges for template messages such as marketing and utility messages. Zlotworks lets Meta bill your WhatsApp Business Account directly, with no markup from us. AiSensy deducts charges from prepaid conversation credits and says these are charged directly by Meta. Wati’s pricing page says additional charges apply for template messages, varying for marketing, utility and authentication messages.

AI, Indian languages and voice notes

Zlotworks was built for customers who write in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, Manglish or Hinglish, and who send voice notes. The AI agent replies in the customer’s language, chats translate both ways in 23 languages, and voice notes are turned into text. Voice replies from the AI agent are coming soon. It starts in Shadow mode, drafting replies for you to check, and goes Live only when you switch it on.

Wati’s Astra AI says it works in 30+ languages, and its Voice AI page names Hindi among its languages. AiSensy’s AI agent tutorial says its AI agent replies in English only for now and does not support voice notes yet, though a separate AiSensy chatbot page mentions voice-to-text.

Bookings, Instagram and setup

Zlotworks has bookings and reminders built in. Wati’s AI pages give examples of booking appointments and sending reminders. AiSensy’s booking skill needs your own API to check and book slots.

For Instagram, Wati is ahead today with comment, DM and story-reply automation. Instagram is coming soon on Zlotworks, and we did not find an Instagram inbox on AiSensy’s pages.

For setup, Zlotworks includes a setup call on every plan and free help connecting your number. Wati offers dedicated onboarding at a one-time fee, included with annual plans. AiSensy charges nothing to get the API and offers priority setup on Premium.
