Can patients book with a specific doctor?

Yes. Each doctor has their own hours and days off, and the bot only offers slots that are really free. Every booking shows up in Bookings for your team.

Will the AI agent give medical advice?

You decide what it answers. It replies from the business details you give it, such as timings, fees and location. Anything it can’t answer, and topics you choose, go straight to your team. It starts in Shadow mode, drafting replies for you to check, and replies on its own only when you switch it to Live.

We have more than one branch. Does that work?

Yes. Add a number for each branch, set opening hours for each location, and give staff access only to the chats they handle.

Can it reply to patients in Malayalam, Kannada or Hindi?

Yes. The AI agent replies in the language and script your patients write in. Voice notes are turned into text and answered in text; voice replies are coming soon. Your staff can type in English and chat translation shows the reply in the customer’s language.

How is patient data protected?

WhatsApp credentials are encrypted, incoming webhooks are signature-verified, and access controls keep each business’s data to that business. You can request deletion of your data through our Data Deletion page.
